Now, I found that the flags were sorted alphabetically; However, Zimbabwe, the lowest country we could choose, was 6 flags before the mystical pirate flag.

However, Wintersun's flag (Canada; providence of quebec) was actually closer! Only 3 flags ahead. So, from this I must generalize that this flag was added quite recently. It has been referenced as 'flag xx' while other flags were classified differently,, such as zimbabwe's, which was classified as 'flag zb'

private investigation still under way

Interesting to note, Enigma's profile displays a blank in place of the country: slot, so it is hidden... A hidden choice, perhaps?
