The answer is only arrow people in motion, if you can, if you really need too. And I’ve thought about this answer a lot, because I’m gunna focus more on beaming players and being aware of projectiles coming at me so I can surf them. Aka use arrows rarely when really needed in 6s

sageif people take longer to kill it slows down gameplay, thats my point.
i think you're confusing longer teamfights with stalemates, if anything removing the crossbow will most likely make players play more baity and incentivize leaving fights to re-heal as unrav mentioned earlier.

currently the same for every 6s weapon slot in the game except maybe soldier melees and secondaries
sageViewlock: While medigun lets you look around while healing, crossbow forces you to place your crosshair at your teammate and lose situational awareness, wich might stop you from seeing a soldier jumping you or some scout flanking for you.
and? seems fair to me that you cant give ur teammate 150 health across the map while also perfectly dodging everything coming at u. if u dont want to lose awareness u can literally not pull out the xbow

Brother, you have become accostumed to a vice, but theres another side to this coin... The enemy also has this rotten vice on their hands. And once they are removed from it, they will also be easier to kill. Its not about your team losing crossbow, its about the whole existance of crossbow being removed from your match
You'd be surprised how natural and direct teamfights feel once the crossbow is no longer there. At least give it a try.
Your damage would matter a whole lot more too.

I don't think the crossbow is a problem its more about how TF2 has grown to be played smarter with more caution regarding risk vs reward. I don't think a little bit slower gameplay is a bad thing. Most of the time big stalemates happen because it's hard on some maps to get work done. For instance granary mid to yard or yard to second. It's incredibely difficult to force enemy medic from these positions. Same for snakewater 2nd to mid. That causes more stalemates than anything else. Sure we can speculate how we can move through a tiny door and not wipe but I'm not sure that would be a good thing.
