EDIT: Also, that was clearly someone's alt account, they had both a smoking and burning beret, they probably switched them, though how you didn't notice is beyond me.

I checked the trade twice before trading to make sure that it was burning and it said burning, http://steamcommunity.com/id/HunteRTF2 this guy had the same thing happen to him and he said that he checked before the trade too
