Does anyone find TF2 the game to be crazy stuttery? Even with good internet? Idk why Quake Live seems to be buttery smooth but every TF2 server I play on its just jittery and everythings teleporting
as in the network?
well having low interp makes the halloween NPCs and potentially players stutter so you have to choose if you want more network delay or stuttery NPCs/players with less network delay
i think this video applies to TF2

YeeHawi d-d-don't know what you're talking about
dont joke about this
back in season 28 during my joshesports days during a sunshine scrim i tried to communicate "soldier sitting shutter" but my brain gave out and all i could say was "OOH UH SH-SH-SH-SH-SH-SH" like a fucking panicked brakepad
meanwhile the soldier two-rockets my med
stuttering is a very serious condition that kills many medics per year, and its not right for us to joke about it

Couple days ago I started having a type of stutter that can be defined as my game doesn't feel like it's running at 75hz as it has always ran and I'm yet to find the source of the problem. Needless to say, it's driving me fucking annoyed because it started happening randomly and I'm about to reinstall windows if this keeps happening. It's not temperatures issues btw.
-reinstalled tf2
-replaced thermal paste
-added fans
-removed junk from PC
i'm starting to think my monitor has been damaged from overclocking it to 75hz, i think that's gonna be my final diagnosis if after windows reinstall the issue keeps happening

I'm no tech expert but I've suffered from stutters a lot before, some things to try:
-restarting your pc
-not having any browsers open (or at least not ones with a lot of tabs - check CPU usage on task manager)
-checking your storage isn't too full
-minimising tf2 to check your steam on your taskbar isn't glowing with a notification, if it is just open it to get rid of the notification (edit: this can happen with in-game overlay too, check both)
-make sure you're getting a ton of fps so your game feels as smooth as possible - mastercomfig recommended
-having bad mouse input could also make your game feel stuttery, although if you're fine in quake live that probably isn't the issue
As I said, I'm no tech expert. I have however suffered from stutters a lot in the past and these are things I found to be of help. Hope you find a solution, I know that shit is mad frustrating.
