I can't success to do TF2 scretch on 4:3, is any one can help me please ?
When I do the the "full panel" option, I don't have only left and right black bars, I have all the contour of the game with black bars.

go to the display tab and find gpu scaling same as in the picture

It have something wrong, I can't screen it, but I have black bars all around the game, and if I alt+tab or try to screen, it show how the game should be

what monitor do you have? your monitor menu should give you options to stretch the image, you can open it pressing the menu button physically on your monitor
