going to be tuning into 5 am stochastic modeling lectures from my phone :)

my school cancelled all non-essential school sponsored domestic travel which means my ultimate frisbee team can't go compete in tournaments anymore :(

University of Michigan is moving all their classes online for the rest of the semester.

All schools and university in Malta have been closed for a week starting tomorrow, with the government saying they will announce next week if this is to be extended or not. Currently there are only 9 or 10 confirmed cases in the island. A good move to prevent the spread this early imo.

All University of Hawaii will go on remote classes after spring break since UH Manoa had a confirmed case, and Hawaii DOE said that all non inter-island travel is cancelled.

France is closing all the schools by monday

My school announced in the middle of this week (which is spring break) that they're extending spring break by a week followed by at least two weeks of online classes. We may be back for April, but there's a very real chance I'll just not get to see some of my best friends again cause I'll be graduating then likely moving to CA or something for work. I didn't even get a chance to say goodbye cause they hadn't announced anything before people left for break :(

My uni is moving to online lectures for next week (last week of term). Apparently we are not coming back for exams either and so they will be emailing us the exams at home and we will have 48 hours to send them back or something.
