Your local library may have a ton of digital resources, like free access to online courses, e-books, old/international movies, etc, so you can check it out. AFAIK a lot of them have created ways for people to self-register for a membership so you might be able to get in on this even without having a library card before. I might do a course on Adobe Illustrator or something like that.
Catch up on all the things you said you were going to do and didn't have time/energy to do. I'm gonna jump-start my webcomic and maybe work on my book manuscript but I'm kinda burned out on the latter.

I finally have time to finish all the personal projects that I've either had on the backburner or intentionally put off like cooking, practicing art, working out, and making videos.

hoping to finish some personal programming projects I've been working on the last month or so and play through divinity 2 again with my boy. Thats assuming I get to actually adhere to the lockdown. County I live in has a lock down order but I work in another county that is supposed to have a lockdown order tomorrow. We'll see if we get to stay open. Boss man is arguing that we're essential because we're a UPS access point, not even a UPS store.

Yep, most libraries are closed to the public anyways so you couldn't go even if you wanted to, but there are still librarians working because they still deliver some services, namely digital stuff (and stuff for seniors, but that doesn't apply). They could have a pretty hefty catalogue of things you can do from the comfort of your home, and a lot of the vendors they deal with have substantially relaxed their requirements for access.

How so? You can't retain something anywhere close to 100kg bench and up with bodyweight pushups, it's just a different type of workout

They don't have dumbbells or rocks laying around in prisons and excercises involving them are not there in programs such as convict conditioning.
But yes, in theory weighted pullups/dips and some stuff with rocks should work the best I suppose. At least I hope so because that's what I'm doing, I actually dragged rocks from the forest nearby to imitate some strongman workouts too lol.

Here’s a good article for anyone wanting to do home workouts: https://articles.reactivetrainingsystems.com/2020/03/16/training-with-gym-closures/#more-1521
Also generally speaking, for home workouts, unilateral movements generally work better than bilateral workouts (pistol squats rather than squats as an eg). This is because unilateral movements require less weighted overload than bilateral movements in order to fully maximise muscle fibre recruitment.
