To be completely honest I've had uninhibited rage - towards someone I used to be very close to - for a while now, literally dreaming of bringing them harm every other night, and thinking about them multiple times a day too. It's like a tumour in my head and I hate having this anger, it's such a waste of emotional and sometimes physical energy but I just cannot find a way to let it go. If you feel like you're going down such a path, do anything you can to avoid it because there is no gain from it. At all.
