Lines that move when I move

I'm trying to lower my graphics so I put some stuff in my launch options and now there are lines? idk what to call them, they only move when I move and when I move my mouse. here are my launch options. -dxlevel 81 -fullscreen -w 1920 -h 1080 -novid +r_rootlod 2 +r_shadowrendertotexture 0 -console -nojoy -high -nostartupsound -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd -threads 12 -noipx

just start removing lines from your launch options one at a time. if thats all you changed that should narrow it down

Use an up-to-date FPS config instead. Half of these launch options don't do anything.

I don't really know what config is the best, but they should not have much difference between them in performance.
