xhairshadowrocketsthick in cfg.tf not really an outline but it works. Otherwise have to wait for tob to see this thread or add him on steam and ask him personally.

To make a vmt for it just copy an already existing vmt, rename it, then open the vmt in notepad(++) and change the name in there as well
Also the base of this is a default crosshair rework I made almost a year ago. Didn't check for any flaws so let me know if it's offcentre or anything
