Literally doesn't matter as long as it's functional. xhair 7 is goated, the defualt xhair that is the dot with wings is also good. I've used both on every class, the game is the same.

One thing that is kind of overlooked is you can force people, especially medics to move in a certain direction, so just taking out the spoon mid jump, even if you're jump isn't that precise still forces them to move in a awkward way which makes them easier to hit with rockets, sometimes you can land on their head and they're just fucked. I wouldn't imagine this translates particularly well to invite and prem, but I've definitely gotten kills or launched someone into a spot where they just get cleaned up immediately, a kill that would be far far harder to get without the threat of -195. I think it is a net negative on the game, should probably be banned.

The rattiest behaviour is that some friend groups don't speak if they're on the same team in a pug, but they're in discord/mumble with their friends, depending on which voice program they're run on. That should be an insta ban

My tracking was slightly better, I went back and forth to make sure I wasn't crazy. The most noticeable thing for me was doing big flicks and 180s, whether it be to shoot or check surroundings. I could absolutely see much quicker, made dodging spam and checking for traps when jumping through a choke much quicker. I aim pretty smooth on 10 inches per 360 for reference.

The wrangler is the the dumbest weapon in the game by a MASSIVE margin, yet somehow it used to be even more dumb.

Other than that, button jumps are pretty stupid imo, they don't add a whole lot to jump maps, just makes the jumps slightly more difficult for no real reason. Another time they're dumb is if they are chained so that each button unlocks the next button and you have to look for it mid jump.

Not sure if any other gxq members are cheaters, but I think the guy you encountered is mrfunnyalien and he was accused of cheating in the past, and was banned from As mge. Not sure if he actually cheats, apparently he just has an insane amount of hours in quake.
