A guy who plays on the steel team Im roster riding on named FUNKe uses his own version of it, I would say hes not bad/dumb

Just because you found 1 link proving your point doesn't mean it's automatically easier to get a job, a lot of other factors like education, past exp, and area matter too. I live in Baltimore which could be considered a successful city and it's still a pain in the ass to find a job here with past exp.
