I thought Slin was in SF.
Looks like I'm going. I'm LFT Scout/Roamer/Medic and also looking to split a hotel room for the night of 21-22. I may be able to arrive on Friday as well. PM or add me.
Edit: expenses came up. Can't afford to go any more. RIP.
Edit 2: drew a good chance card in the Monopoly game of life. I'm arriving Friday afternoon. Still LFT Scout/Roamer/Medic. The dream lives.
I agree with what others said about the colors, smoothness, killfeed, and clip selection. I really dislike the rewind effects. The rewind symbol especially makes it seems like you're going to a replay of the clip, rather than a new clip in the same area of the map.
The friendly Medic picture-in-picture POV on Snakewater at 2:10 seemed unnecessary; he didn't do anything spectacular in that clip. The way it was presented was confusing. As soon as the Medic POV faded in, the Scout started shooting, which didn't give me enough time to figure out what exactly the Med POV was. It was especially confusing because you'd previously shown the enemy Medic POV, and now it was the friendly Medic. Maybe have the Medic POV come up as soon as the clip starts or make the clip a longer in the beginning so the viewer can figure out what's going on before the Scout starts shooting. What also helped the Badlands clip at 0:36 was showing the Medic third person before going to the POV.
The next thing that threw me off was the Medic clips of aune starting at 2:24. The video seemed like it was going to be all fstiv_, and in fact the opening credits supported that.

SpaceCadetProbably Chess.
No game invented yet, or maybe ever, will have as high a skill ceiling
What about go? I know it took longer for computers to beat humans at go than at chess, for whatever that's worth. I agree with you that chess has a pretty high skill ceiling. Chess players can improve their game pretty much their entire lives, unlike a lot of more physically athletic 1v1 games, where the body gives out at some point. In comparison, e-sports are recent enough that no one has really had more that a couple decades of experience.

Thanks, uberchain. I'll make sure I don't disappoint the bunny that believes in me.
NygmaHey I'm new to PC building and so I'm unsure about the PC parts I want to buy.
These are the parts I plan on using http://pcpartpicker.com/list/6N8XYr
After gaming on a laptop with an i3 at 2.4GHz and 4GB of ram, I'm tired of the crap I have to deal with. So I hope to use these parts to build a PC capable of playing CSGO and TF2 at 200+ fps at medium to high settings.
Please let me know if I can improve this build in any way and if there are any deals on the parts.
Thank you in advance!
You probably don't need the sound card. You'd be better off putting the $30 into a K-unlocked processor, like the Core i5-6600K for overclocking, but double check that overclocking is supported on the Z170. I haven't kept up with the newer chipsets.
Again not 100% sure, but I think you need two sticks of RAM for dual-channel, which may be faster?
Oh, and think about running an cable instead of using a Wi-Fi adapter, if possible. If you're set on Wi-Fi, get a card that goes in a PCI-Express slot. No need to clog up a valuable USB port.
I've mentioned this before in a similar thread: the Übercharge meter should show up when the Crusaders Crossbow is active.
We should probably make a small wishlist and post it on Reddit so that Valve actually uses it.
Why did Sombra think she could get away with letting Volskaya go? Sombra should know that Widowmaker was watching. No one can hide from her sight.

fuck
It's even worse for me. I share an Amazon account with my family.
The Rosewill RK-9000V2 w/ MX Reds is now also rebated down to $30.

BilbertI ordered one and it arrived just now. I'll let you know how it is once I try it out.
I've played some TF2 and I've done a bit of typing on it. The RK-9000-V2 is the first mechanical keyboard I've ever owned. It feels pretty good. The Cherry MX Black switches are somewhat stiffer than the keys on the Apple Keyboard A1048 that I was using before. One thing I didn't expect is that the keys make a small twang sound when released. Is this normal for Cherry switches? The keyboard itself seems pretty robust. It doesn't creak when I move it on my desk, and the keys don't rattle when I rest my fingers on them. One thing I don't quite like about the Cherry MX Black switches is how heavy the shift key is. It's a little bit heavy for my pinkie finger for some reason. Other than that, the num-, caps-, and scroll- lock lights are extremely bright if you look directly into them. They're fine from a normal typing position.
So, I'd say it's worth $30 as a keyboard, as long as I remember to do the rebate.
That's all for now. Maybe I'll add more if I notice something in particular.
