#600 Comanglia's Config / FPS Guide in Customization
murkscribeHey does the comanglias config automatically remove bullet spread? Like when I shoot a scattergun and shotgun, I don't see the bullet spread.

It disables tracers, the lines that show the path of your hitscan bullets. It also reduces the number of decals. Bullet spread cannot be turned off, but the server can set it to either random (like on a pub) or fixed (like in a competitive game).

#6 Map Help. in TF2 General Discussion

Looks like your strategizing won't help you anymore. It's cp_sunshine. Thanks ESEA, you just threw off a week of practice and scrims I had planned.

#5 top 10 tf2 maps in The Dumpster

This is by the same guy who made the Medic guide posted earlier. I don't think anyone was able to figure out if he was just ironically shitposting or if his enthusiasm is just that much greater than his experience. I'm inclined to believe the former, given that he hasn't heeded everyone's advice and posted it to r/tf2. But then again, he was told that he was very wrong, so maybe he thought better of it.

Robust Scout DM, good understanding of each class, pleasant in Mumble/Discord. Very good choice for Scout.

#9 144hz monitor reccomendations in Hardware
SetsulBenQ XL2411 is outside of the budget.

My mistake. I didn't check current prices. When I bought it, I had to wait a little for a refurbished model to show up on BenQ's ebay, but it cost less than $210 including tax and shipping.

#4 144hz monitor reccomendations in Hardware

What features are you looking for? Freesync, DisplayPort, G-Sync? The BenQ XL2411Z is my recommendation, though I suppose it's a little old now. It doesn't have any features, but it's fast and it works. It's often compared to the VG248QE, but unlike the Asus, the BenQ doesn't use PWM. The BenQ ebay store is worth a look for refurbished models. It can save you money on tax and shipping. The LG 24GM77-B is supposed to have the best colors of the budget options, but I have never used one myself.

#1 LFP Roamer Low Open in Recruitment (looking for players)

Our previous Roamer's schedule wasn't working with ESEA match times, so we're looking for new Roamer. Our team is in low Open. We usually scrim weekdays at 6:30 PST. We're West Coast. We know that we have room for improvement, so we are dedicating ourselves to improving both individual skill and our capability as a team. We're looking for a Roamer who can communicate and work with the team.

#9 Unofficial modes that DESERVE adoption in TF2 General Discussion

Arena Respawn. It plays well on stock maps, doesn't need a whitelist, uses simple classlimits, and improves a stock game mode in every way. It probably works well even without classlimits.

#9 Eating during the night in Off Topic
GrinReaperBigToeAs far as study tips go, it depends on whether you are a visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learner. If you haven't made notes, putting down key facts and answers on flash cards should help. Since these are mock tests, I recommend focusing on the aspects of the subject that you find the most difficult to understand.
I dont really know what type of learner I am and I dont have notes on this topics and generally study from the text books. I will try those flash cards ideas. Thanks :D

Also is there any good way of finding out what type of learner I am ?

The best way would be to get tested by a doctor who specializes in cognitive functions, like the kind that tests your IQ and also tests your ability to read, listen, and communicate. They could give you a robust idea of the best way you personally take in information. If you're looking for a quicker and easier answer that's less scientific and expensive, think about how you learned the material you've already learned. When you take an exam or are doing homework or whatever requires you to recall information, do you think about what was said, what was written on the board, what you wrote down, what you read in your notes/textbook, or something else? Or is it some combination of the above? So for example, if you think that the act of writing notes helps you remember more than listening to the instructor, you might want to take some notes as you read your textbook. Don't be afraid to mix and match. It's possible to be most efficient at, say, two methods of learning, but they are both still imperfect for you. By doubling up, you can reinforce them and allow them to cover each other's weaknesses.

#388 ESEA-O S24 Happenings/Discussion in TF2 General Discussion

LF subs Open.

One of our players told me far too late that he can't play our match this week, and our sub can't either. I'm looking for a paid-up player to join our roster at least for today's match and hopefully stay on as a sub, though I'm hoping to just make it through the one match. Add me or pm.

pls. Match is in an hour.

#49 ESA Rewind Feedback in LAN Discussion

Thanks to whoever found La Quinta. It was really great to be able to split Ubers since we were all starting from and heading to the same places, but perhaps we should try a different hotel next time if we can find one for the same price. The "Rewind" promo code price for a room with a bed and pull-out couch was the same as the normal booking.com price. The rooms took until about 3:30 to be ready for check in. The walls were thin enough to be able to hear the people in the next room snoring. I heard that some rooms were flooded by the rain. The air conditioner/heaters were loud.

#39 ESA Rewind Feedback in LAN Discussion
b4nnyPlus I think pugs were happening at the LAN too. Still, I was under the impression it would be a swiss system not a double elimination bracket, which could have given more games, and to be honest I still don't really know what format they ended up using.

There was one PUG on Friday, but there were no servers so someone had to start a server on his PC while playing. The game/server crashed before the second PUG could start. There was an unlocked Rewind server, but we were told that we couldn't use it. We finally got one PUG on a dedicated server on Sunday among the Open players who'd been eliminated.

I asked an ESA staffperson on Saturday morning what the Open tournament format would be, and they said Swiss. It turned out to be double-elimination.

I uploaded all my acceptable photos. Is there a better host than imgur? The album got scrambled, though the photos were named in chronological order.
