People have created timers for tracking Übercharges. I remember that Slin used to use one. I don't think anyone was ever VAC'd for it.

Why is the default sniper crosshair not centered?

The crosshair can look off-center because its lines are 2 pixels wide, but one side is more opaque than the other:

Yellow is the scope lines, the green cross is the crosshair, and the black+white square is the exact center 4 pixels of my 1920x1080 screenshot. As far as I know, this is the true point where the hitscan bullet goes. The default Sniper crosshair is centered horizontally, but not vertically. The scope lines are 1 pixel wide, so they are offset to the left and down of the center:

They were definitely ignorant, but they did pretty well at not coming across as too disparaging considering they wanted to talk about children playing too many video games and eXtine was going on about the growth of eSports.

.tf domain

Internet.bs has cheap .tf domains. I bought one while in the USA, no VPN or anything needed. I have forgotten the exact steps, but I think I just entered a European (Switzerland, specifically) Mailing Address. A USA Billing Address worked for payment, but I think there's a currency conversion fee. But then, there's no EU VAT either.
