+rep. First day went well. Teammates were competent and not annoying, tournament was running smoothly, problems were minor and dealt with swiftly. Thanks Panda Dave and Smesi and other admins I don't know for setting up this tournament!
I hope they forgo flashy particle effects and let players see what's actually happening.

Can you make a logo for Iron Pugs? I was thinking a front view of a pug in an Iron Man suit.

- No off-classing to mid
- Any intentional throwing will get you kicked out of the tournament and you will be replaced.
- You cannot continue to off-class after a stalemate/hold. Once your team is taking back your own point(s), you must switch back to your set class.
- You may not switch classes with someone else during a game in the tournament. However, if you and another player decide to switch classes/roles between games, that must be agreed upon between all of your team.
Why though? Just make the opposing team punish them.
SmesiDue to the small size of the tournament, teams will be created randomly with admin influence.
Since teams will be newly formed, they probably won't have the coordination to deal swiftly and effectively with Snipers and other offclasses. Also, the tournament is promoting a PUG group, so they probably want players to enjoy an environment similar to what may be found in Panda Pugs. And teams would get screwed over if they didn't get a good Sniper placed on their team.
It could help with depth perception and rocket trajectories. By swinging the camera around, you get a slightly different perspective at the edges of the computer screen.

So, it can't really be fixed? _u9 still lets you stand over cliff. Also, you can stand over all the chain-link fences at last, both RED and BLU. (Screenshots are from _u8, but I checked that the problem is still there in _u9.)

The eaves of the buildings around Yard are still solid. They never interfere with jumps or surfs, but it may be nice to have all the eaves on the map nonsolid for consistency. (Again, _u8 screenshots. I checked that _u9 has the same issue.)
Is this tournament EU-only?

The clipbrushes and ramp on Last do not cover the corner, forcing players to jump there. I suppose there could be some reason to motivate players to approach Last from the front and sides only, but it seems more like an unnecessary annoyance.

The bamboo in Lobby (near Bigdoor) is wildly inconsistent to use for rocketjumping away. Perhaps it could be blockbulleted (if that's the correct term).
Could you put the autoexec.cfg into a Pastebin so we can look at it before downloading?
