Nice job, emkay! Good selection of frags and well edited. The only shortcoming was that the transitions could be a bit smoother.

Added the fresh new group, PineapplePUGs. I've heard of a couple other PUG groups that are going to open soon, but they're not quite ready to be public yet.
Snakewater is one of my favorite competitive maps. Very fun to play. The only issue I have ever had on it is the eaves of the shacks on mid. They overhang a little bit, which sometimes catches Scouts and Soldiers when they try to jump.
Edit: Screenshots of the eaves I'm talking about.

There are also eaves on the roofs around mid that others were talking about later in this thread:

I've never had a problem with those, but I can see how they would be annoying.
There were some very memorable plays in the Upper Bracket Final between froyotech and nerdRage.tf2 at i55, particularly on Process.
Clockwork's drop+4k.

Flippy's crackshot on Shade, which let nR push from last to 4th.

Zebbosai's beautiful bombs onto Shade, which were crucial to nR's momentum in the Golden Cap.

And of course, Ash's bodyblock to save his Med.

Edit: Adding a working link to Harbleu's incredible play at i52.

MGEMikeBilbertWhat was with the pop from Freestate at 00:34? Did he just get nervous or something?
he got forced from the demo by window/catwalk
Oh, I see. I got turned around. I thought the Demo jumped from Red side. Thanks.

For Scout I have it all on the mouse.
mouse1 switches to and fires the primary.
mouse2 switches to and fires the secondary.
mouse4 (on the side of the mouse) switches to and fires the melee.
mouse3 (the mousewheel) is secondary fire for the Soda Popper and Sandman.
For Pyro I have kp_enter bound to "slot1; +attack; +forward".
On other classes I just use 1, 2, 3, and the mousewheel.

Yup, I'm including all regions. If the list gets big enough I'll put all the regions on separate sheets. Thanks.
StevieNot really sure this counts, since this is a 4's pug group, but this one is good. http://steamcommunity.com/groups/4v4pugs
Yeah, 4's is fine. I'm including any and all game modes on the list. Thanks.
A lot of Pick-Up-Game groups have cropped up recently, so I decided to compile an up-to-date list of all the PUG groups I know of. Hopefully it'll be useful for finding good places to play some competitive TF2. I know it's not complete, so please share any other groups that could go on there.
Also, I'd be happy to share edit access, so just PM me your e-mail or send a request via the doc itself. I'd like to keep the spreadsheet unbiased, so if you have any comments on the groups, please keep them here on tftv.
noidayBilbertnoidayIs it really OP as it is now? Seeing enemy player health isn't that big a bonus if you have good team comms.Ond_kajaI agree, it's OP as fuck, let's buff it!That's why I'm making a post because I don't necessarily feel like it's balanced. But I think the addition of this reworked Solemn Vow could lead to better and more fast paced games for all levels of skill. How do you think it should be balanced then?
Well I think at least in my iteration, it has more of a direct purpose. Instead of seeing all their targetid's, you just know the medic's uber. It would be like training wheels for lower skilled players and increase the pacing of the game itself for higher skilled players.
I think it's probably less op and more of that it alienates the skill cap. It's a pretty hefty change if implemented in this way, which is why I wanted to get all the feedback.
Hm. New players would benefit from it. But only if matchmaking is similar to current 6v6, which revolves around stalemates and Übers. The lack of whitelists and no classlimits may change the importance of advantages and disadvantages. Your new Solemn Vow would also lower the skill ceiling for Medics, as good Über tracking wouldn't be required anymore. Being able to see Übers would also completely destroy the Kritzkrieg as a surprise.

Über advantages and disadvantages won't matter in matchmaking. The Vita Saw and Quick Fix won't be banned, and you can pick up Medi Guns anyway.
Oh I see now, clockw0rk not cvv/clocktwerk/FROYO clockwork. The Froyotech clockwork has the name CLOCKERS on ESEA.
