he'll get you 10 fps per 50 Ruble
wow, huge initiative!
awesome work guys, real generous from everybody
she accused someone of frag-stealing; real gamer spotted.
anyway, good on her for doing what she likes to do, despite some shit-talk about her age. i would totally support my mom or grandma if either of them wanted to game/stream!

55TB/y sounds like a ton to me. unless i don't correctly understand what it actually means, i'd be surprised if i ever exceeded 5TB/y. because i'll mainly just be storing and playing movies and music on/from it, no applications will be installed on it..
and sorry, but i think i don't entirely understand the UREs-thing..
so, you can expect a certain number of UREs based on what interface is being used? thus, your motherboard basically decides what interface you'll be using, and therefore also the number of UREs you'll (probably) have to put up with..?
thanks a lot for the help so far :)
though, i was actually willing to spend a bit more than either of those two suggestions would cost.
what would you recommend if the budget was ~€300..?
Bucakehow about (internal) storage..? i'm looking for something reliable of at least 4TB. speed isn't a priority, but i consider it a nice bonus.
SetsulNoise, heat/power consumption, price a concern?
How reliable? URE rate? Rated read/writes per year? Warranty?
Also which shop(s) (or price comparision site), you might not be able to get some of the HDDs I'd otherwise recommend, especially Toshiba and Hitachi availability and prices are weird.
i use tweakers.net, but wouldn't mind ordering something from abroad if it's not available here.
noise actually is a concern, and i would gladly pay extra to get something quiet (my open headphones do not keep any noise out).
power and heat are not really a concern.
as for price, i didn't really have a number in mind.
warranty of at least 3 years would be nice. as for URE and read/writes per year, i was ready to trust you on not recommending me low-rated products ;p it'll just be for home-use, so it will never be under a huge amount of stress.
i hope that's specific enough?
"Ross enlisted in the United States Air Force at age 18 and went on to serve as a medical records technician. He eventually rose to the rank of master sergeant and served as the first sergeant of the U.S. Air Force Clinic at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska. In Alaska, Ross first saw the snow and mountains that later became recurring themes in his artwork. He developed his quick-painting technique to create art for sale in brief daily work breaks. Having held military positions that required him to be, in his own words, "mean" and "tough", "the guy who makes you scrub the latrine, the guy who makes you make your bed, the guy who screams at you for being late to work", Ross decided that if he ever moved on from the military, he would never scream again."
checked it out on hrtf2's stream
game looks pretty fun. quite different from tf2.
some classes do have huge viewmodels, which i'm still a bit skeptical about..
and, yeah, as mentioned, some maps could use a rework.
personally i'm not really hyped about it, but i think there's good potential.
thanks guys, just ordered a 500GB Samsung 850 Evo :)

any suggestions?
looking to buy a ~500GB SSD.
any suggestions?
not sure what info is relevant to include. i'm using an ASUS P8Z68-V LX
jesus christ
all this on a tf2 site
boom, baby
actually looks like good stuff. i would almost say the game is unnecessary because surfing in existing games is already pretty damn good, but why not have something dedicated to it?
looks good!
