yeah this is totally stupid - and you can't drop/pickup gunboats and other passive weapons, or conch for some reason
Dont think its actually true. Tested it and found that if you SUICIDE with full uber it drops the 100% uber however if you DIE BY AN ENEMY with 100% uber it resets to 0%.
in this case does cratering count as suicide or killed by enemy?

TurinI don't think carrying around 2 weapons will really become anything big. In cs you rarely see someone carying 2 rifles.
but in cs rifles dont give you invulnerability. uber is kind of a big deal which is why a tonne of this game's strategy revolves around it. keeping 2 ubers will be insane

have a medigun on the ground > build uber > pick other medigun up build uber on it > pop uber > wait until it finishes and pick up other medigun > pop 2nd uber
if you pick up enemy medigun uber goes to 0%
if you pick up the other medigun while you're ubering both weapons lose uber
kill med on second, pick up his gun and build his uber. Push with uber, go back get other medigun and instantly push again with 2nd uber

Depends how long it takes for a weapon to despawn
i imagine if you keep switching between the 2 guns, each time you pick it up it will refresh the despawn timer, making you able to keep it going for ages. havent tested this though, just a logical guess
now viable for med to suicide for engi in HL, double ubers :P
im trying to put things on the community market to scrounge money for this pass but they arent appearing aaaaa
well that kinda ruins a lot of uber advantage strategy but also adds a lot more i guess, not sure if happy or sad
