Not sure about OP, but the walmarts near me still have those in stock at the store. Still wouldn't buy one though.

Actually plugged the monitor into the GPU and not integrated graphics? Drivers installed?

MarxistI'm on a ryzen 5 and a 1060 with no OC and get around ~320 that only dips badly on full pubs. Running on dx9 because I like shiny ubers. My guess is there is something up with the ram, or a driver issue somewhere down the line.
I think you guys both missed that he's running the game on "high" in dx8 I can only assume this is the preset or a max quality config

In all seriousness ryzen is perfectly fine in terms of IPC but the main issue is not can't be overclocked as well as Intel. In order to have 200fps plus in a 24 person server you'll need a fps config and a clock rate of close to ~4.4GHz with no background programs open.
Also being a 10 year old + valve game means tf2 doesn't support multithreading well

Random reasons I can think of.
Hairy/dirty sensor
Hairy/dirty mousepad
FPS cap bug try fps_max 0 if it isn't already that
Mild CPU overheating try setting up say fps_max 300 or add more airflow/clean your PC
background CPU/GPU usage spike (close background programs)
Signal Interference this would have to be really REALLY bad though to affect wired mice, but not unheard of
To high of a sensitivity for the resolution you have (unlikely but possible)

You can try meditation techniques for clearing your mind or practicing mindfulness. For example focus on only your breathing. In nose for x amount of time out mouth for x amount of times and repeat.

PuoskariLike they should get their accounts deleted literally for them to get the shocking anxiety hit them when they have done something fucking terrible and get the consequences for it accordingly.
A permanent community ban would've probably given a lesson of some sort but if it's fucking 1 day they're just going to laugh about it and likely feel just more tempted to keep on doing sick shit like that.
I understand if it's like a first offense giving a relatively minor punishment (couple months maybe 1 year), but jesus 1 day is nothing, hell if I have a busy week I might not even notice I got a ban like that.
What makes this even worse is that 1 of them has proof they got a 1 month community ban already.

all of the above accounts have the same IP address hits, and are all added to each other. Probably not the same person likely a group of friends/family. Found via a database miggy gave me access too awhile back :)
Thanks! I've banned those steam IDs and associated IP addresses.
