More looking into these accounts suggests this is probably some cheating circlejerk that's been personally affected by Miggy.

I would recommend this one.

TF2 is CPU bound so changing GPUs shouldn't affect your FPS.

Possible that you may be having driver conflicts which can cause FPS issues though.

Try fully unintstalling all your old Nvidia drivers, the tool I linked below is great for this.

Install the latest drivers for your Video Card after uninstalling old drivers and rebooting.

P.S. don't forget to set pre-rendered frames back down to 1 for TF2 in the Nvidia Control Panel after reinstalling drivers :)

here's the 60fps version

The extra firespeed on the pretty boy is insane...

Assuming 66% accuracy (something somewhat realistic in mid-close range fights) and assuming base damage
The pretty boy is equal to stock for the first 15 damage, better at getting 16-90 damage worse at getting 91-120dmg, better at getting 121-180dmg. Pretty boy also has the advantage of giving you HP which if you hit 66% accuracy at 15dmg each for 180 dmg you've healed 84 hp in 3.851s (assuming you just hold down M1)

84 / 3.851 = 21.812HPS
Medi-Gun in combat = 24HPS

Almost a straight upgrade over stock. Plus has the added utility of healing that's almost as good as medi-gun at 66% accuracy if 100% accuracy in the first 2 mags.

126hp / 3.851 = 32.719HPS

This weapon NEEDS a nerf even without the returned HP it's still a viable weapon, add in the HP it basically invalidates the need for a medic or a health pack in way to many scenarios which imo is a cardinal sin in TF2.

Dragon Fury rebalance
- longer range
- smaller cone of fire (i.e. smaller projectile)
- slower projectile
- no insanely bright flash
- actually do 100 dmg on the follow up shot on burning enemies
- heal 20hp when you extinguish someone like all the other flamethrowers
- extinguishing a teammate nullifies the slower repressurization (i.e. don't punish pyros for being helpful)

pyro really didn't need another close range only weapon

Fire particles in general
- make them dimmer
- make them slightly transparent...

Airblast
- make it slightly infront of the pyro, not at the back of the pyro (seriously you can reflect a projectile coming at your back into yourself for minicrit damage rofl, as well as push spies away...)

Comp MM changes that we were promised

Pocket Pistol
- +5hp instead of 7 (that or have the HP regain have falloff like damage with a maximum of +7 and falling off to +1)
- stock fire speed (doesn't need the extra fire speed when the extra HP is involved)

Darwin Danger Shield
weapon is useless outside of pubs where their's 5+ pyros needs a small buff to contend with the usefulness of damn near any of the other sniper secondaries

- +15HP honestly a lot of other things would be fine instead of extra HP for example significantly less overheal drain, along with the other fire resistances
