Is My Motherboard Dead?

delpoI was on my computer earlier when it just rebooted for seemingly no reason. 30 seconds after it booted into Windows, it restarted again but this time there was no display on the monitors. I tried holding down the power button to shut it down, but nothing happened. I flipped the switch on the power supply and cleaned the dust out of thr computer in hopes of fixing it. I also replugged most of the main cables and reset the CMOS battery while I was at it. When I tried turning on the PC again and it still didn't work, I removed both sticks of ram to see if the motherboard would beep, but it didn't. The problem stayed exactly the same. This leads me to believe that my motherboard is dead. All fans/lights are running fine but I'm not sure the computer even posts. Any advice or knowledge would be great, thanks.
By no display on the monitors what do you mean? Do you reach post at all?

AleXI was using Comaglias config and saw my game (not the hud tho) was looking like it was low res, maybe this was intended but i find it hard to aim long range with it so what is the command to take that off?
edit: found it , it was mat_viewportscale , just set it to 1 to bring it back

a lot of the things that make your game look exceptionally shitty, go way beyond CFGs, you'll need VPKs and Scripts.

about half way down the 1st post you seen clean tf2 doesn't fully work on sv_pure, but definitely makes textures look flatter. https://imgur.com/a/o9ewk (the 3rd picture would be what you see on sv_pure 2) afaik preloading doesn't work anymore
My potato/toaster cfg is about as awful looking as tf2 can get with just a cfg

Is it just the kill cam that does that?

if it is everything in TF2; smvn is correct

looking for a High Open team especially one looking to go into IM. (maybe a soon to be low-mid IM team)
I don't have to much 6s experience, but I pick up on shit fairly quick and my aim is solid.
I prefer combo oriented scout, but I can play with roamer on the flank as well.

Not really a "misconception" more of a hypocrisy. I had a friend who hates TF2 based completely on the "cartoony graphics". He loves borderlands, minecraft, and his favorite TV show is MLP.

Medico_di_BiscottiSo I have an update to the sky-box issue I was having with the Cinematic config. Original comment here. Also, it stopped crashing but was always the purple checkerboard.
Turns out the culprit was mat_use_compressed_hdr_textures 0. After doing some testing, setting it to 1 caused the skybox to start rendering again after restarting the game. You might wanna look into that. I can't have been the only one having that issue.
It should be fixed now, although I am sad that no-one here even tried to help.
Still, keep up the good work!
EDIT: while trying to fix this, I also used r_skybox 0 which stopped drawing the sky-box altogether. This caused texture bleeding (right??) but with the trail fading away so it looked like you were in a shadow-world or something. It looked cool as hell!
Thank you!, I updated the cinema config just now.
Also the video is pretty trippy. I think their might be a few editors interested in trying that.

-protolmao this is so unnecessary, aside from benzos and amphetamines I can't image any substances that would prove advantageous in a competition. what about people with add/adhd or ged that would need these medications anyway? will they be denied the ability to participate in a tournament because of their medical conditions that require these medications?
"What if a player has a legitimate prescription for medication (such as Adderall) containing one or more of the banned substances?
In this case, they have to disclose this to us as soon as possible, but no later than the first match is scheduled to start. They will be required to provide proof (a letter from a physician, for example) that they need this specific medication. "
