Alright so, a lot of things.

1. You should speak with your ISP again to see if you can be put onto Line Path "Fast" instead of "Interleave" (should lower you ping times anywhere from 5ms-25ms)

2. You can get better speeds with the line you have upon switching from interleave, but this dependent on what your ISP is willing to sell and how much you're willing to pay.

3. When setting up QoS cap your upstream to 512Kbps

Alot of what setsul said.

I'd like to add that it's extremely important to cap your upstream bandwidth when doing QoS at somewhere around 512K - 768Kbps if you have DSL. Otherwise if you cap out your upstream bandwidth you'll be completely dropped or have 500+ms pings.

Also out of curiosity could you show me the statistics page?

I'm utterly dumbfounded that kairu doesn't have a team. I had a couple tryout with him a week or so ago, and the dude's amazing. Took a look through the most recent 2 pages of his log history dude would sit comfortably in high open or mid IM. I can't think of a reason to not pick him up.

Skagi've tested around with it a bit and cant seem to find anything different between setting it to 0 or 1. no added delay or anything. if it actually does something i can't tell.

Same thing here, no affect on fps, input lag, number of keys you can press at a time. nothing...

HatimTitle says all, I've always had ping on a range of 70-100 in EU servers (I live in Morocco, northwest Africa) regardless of weither someone is using wi-fi while I'm playing, I use ethernet cable.

2 weeks ago, we suddenly lost connection, someone had unplugged the phone lines, eitherway we didn't figure it out until 3 days later when we called ISP and they sent us someone who got the strings back, but right on the same day I've loaded tf2, my ping drastically increases whenever someone else uses wi-fi ( which never happened, at worst cases I'd get 100-110 ping for a few seconds which is playable for me) but now I get 400 and constant (especially when someone opens youtube)

Contacted ISP twice, they pretty much said "play with the settings until you figure it out k bye", I got no clue on what to do now.

What I tried :
-Changing channel
-Changing DNS server

My only temporary fix is when I turn off wifi, my ping returns completely fine with no spikes whatsoever (maybe that shows that the problem is on my part ?), but that's not an option for me all the time.

Ethernet Cable (If you have a ethernet cable from wall to router, you probably have Fiber or some other Ethernet provided equipment such as Hatteras)

Comanglia's config uses a command that upscales a lower resolution, which is completely unnecessary (why not just lower the resolution?) I suggest setting Comanglia's view port scale to:

You realize 3 of 4 of my CFGs have

the other 1 is meant to look awful, or people who're already playing at 640 x 480 and have a crappy on chip GPU.

The MX518 is subpar compared to most of it's successors. G400 v2, g400s, g402 after updates I have no idea why'd you would recommend the MX518 over any of the newer ones...
