Run TDSSKILLER. Google it if you don't know where to find it. Then run Combofix.
"HiJackThis" is another good tool, but that one isn't very user friendly and has the potential to blow up windows if you do something wrong, so take caution. I'd start with the first two.
clean bill of health from both and all the weekly scans i run with avast have been coming back clean. something's fucked up and it isn't on my box.
