kosBooties are one of the best unlocks Valve have come up with, how the fuck you can think they're overpowered when it literally removes one of the weapons that demos use is nuts. Twiggyhaha amazing glitch to grief indeed!
Fortunately now valve looks at exploits vids rather quickly so i bet this is going to get fixed rather soon.
With that said, now that the bolt does not go through enemies, the weapon is much less of a problem than before. That and the fact that you lose only 9% (in kevin's vid) makes it an "interesting" (and rage inducing) gimmick more than a game breaking update. IMO it's not more annoying to get pomson'd than to take a random huntsman arrow in the head for example.
It's just a cool weapon that can lead up to hilarious plays in VERY RARE scenarios
Yes that is what i mean, i couldnt think of an example but pomson is like huntsman, its extremely hard to get it to work

Try using words to describe what you mean rather than just stating again and again that "it's impossible". What's impossible?
Hitting a medic? Clearly not impossible, medics get hit all the time by shit.
Reducing uber from that range? Yes, this is impossible from a certain range but it's more than possible to reduce uber % from within snake last.
Doing a significant amount of uber denial without dying? Potentially impossible, but I can't see how you can have rigorously tested that since it's so variable.
You've literally not stated what part you find impossible.
I am exaggerating it, but what i mean is that its almost impossible to actually make it work (actually hitting the medic, and draining more then 3%, and then killing the medic)

SideshowIn what way is it impossible to ever hit the medic with pomson if he is trying to milk through a choke into last?
Say he's pushing left side (from attackers perspective) into snake last. He's easily open to three or four shots as he tries to walk in without forcing. Yeah it's unlikely he'll get hit because they're slow and might get eaten by somebody else but it definitely isn't impossible if you're just spamming him constantly.
Its literally impossible, if you dont believe me we can test it

deykuzorIt is still 100% true, I never mentioned the penetration because I did research the gun, and I do know it no longer penetrates. I am fully aware of everything in the guns changelog, I don't need the wiki link reminder. Do you think having two moving, probably blast jumping, players in front of you is equivalent to a suit of armor though? You can easily get a shot in and remove some uber, and the fall-off does not mean it will never be 10%, you can get really aggressively cheeky as Engineer with a shotgun
Have you even tried playing with it? Everything you said here is impossible except it could MAYBE work in open.

kKaltUuReminding players that using the weapon is fine, but exploiting a glitch is punishable. We'll investigate reports on a case by case basis.
When i tried it in pickup like 50% of my shots were through my teammates because i was baiting everyone and standing behind our whole team lol :D, I think you should ban it untill its fixed (i thought sideshow said it was already getting fixed? not sure though)
