ZOWIE FK1 Review

enigmaI don't think you can treat one user's experience as typical, especially since he seems to be using some sort of plastic pad.
I've been using it on the icemat for a few weeks with no problems.
Makes sense; while my FK doesn't track on my icemat, it doesn't scrape like it did on my 9HD, propus, and zowie swift.
enigma, how is the malfunction speed on the icemat?

georgeMedusaI mean most mice don't come with extra feet at all so you might as well treat the FK1 as one of those mice.So it's totally fine to have the "original" feets for 7 days and already replace them with the second pair in your opinion?
I fully understand that this might be some specific case, but holy shit 7 days, that doesn't sound good at all.
you could just use 2 sets of mouse feet or just put some puretrak hd feet on the mouse (mouse feet are pretty cheap to begin with)
or you can literally buy a thick roll of teflon, trace the old mouse feet on the backing, and proceed to cut the new ones out to whatever thickness you want. That always works.
