my uni literally got 300mbit down and 200something up. Some ridiculously high speed. Worst case scenario I would only get 250mbit down from my dorm. Never had any ping issues. They are also upgrading their network again this semester. There is also 0 throttling/bandwidth limiting; I have literally dl'd over 70GB in a day.
Basically my college's net is a best case scenario speed wise. Some unis only allow 2GB/day here LOL

It's the last time I can go, next year I will be 18, and if I go to Russia then they can take me away at the border and throw me into the military. Also the trip is planned by my parents etc. And the very last, I'm going to a small town (Zavudokovsk), so I'm not in danger there, I'm just worried about the flight there, and getting back.
