TwitchTVJohnAgain, there's a significant cost associated with partnering channels/bandwidth for transcodes, etc. Our standard requirements are 300 + concurrent viewers. I'm willing to give a little for TF2 out of my undying love, but I need to see at least 150-200 concurrent viewers average before it makes sense.

anti2At the moment we are the only stream in Russia (twitch.tv/lustig_dikker/), who is trying to stream some competitive TF2 and our russian-speaking community is not large enough to meet all requirements for partner program.
