play with higher and stay with it imo, I used to play with 3 on solly and 1 on scout which completely fucked my muscle memory. I don't think it would help your "aiming habits" at all, but even if it did those are much less important than actual muscle memory, which will be completely fucked. The distance isnt even that big, so I don't see at all how you could benefit from the slight change, yet you still have the downsides of constantly changing. Long story short don't do it, I did for ages and my aim would be 100 times better if I just stuck with one the entire time.

edit: doesnt have to be the higher sens, it can be either, I just find that higher sens is better since it gives you more freedom of mouse movement and doesn't really make it harder to play anything, whereas lower sens can make things like rocket jumping harder
