Well, I recently ordered the Func F-Series 10XL mousepad. It's more expensive than the ones you've been looking into, but I've always heard Func mousepads were of high quality.
You could perhaps also take a look at some steelseries mousepads, the 4HD looks pretty nice.

This issue can't be fixed afaik, you'll need to wait for an update that will hopefully fix the target ids.
You can still go back to the old target id, which doesn't have any problem :
tf_hud_target_id_disable_floating_health 1

Started playing with awful fps in January 2012 for fun with a couple of friends. I wasn't playing a lot until I watched the semi-final of the Highlander Nations Cup between France and Finland in 2012 casted by Pognon the one and only. That's what got me into the comp scene.
