i think huntsman works fine on maps like croissant and process, but not really other maps unless you're rolling the other team
i think the biggest downside is not being able to countersnipe the other sniper if they're using a rifle, but i still thinks it's a really good weapon to get picks with since a lot of maps have horrific chokes and the pyro can only airblast so much :V
i personally like having the most up-to-date drivers, but IF IT ISN'T BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT
play other games
take a break
in a lot of games where you hit walls (especially music or fighting games), i find that taking a break helps out a lot
people buy anything
also sex sells
plenty of rude going on in this thread
are you saying that dota 1 wasn't competitive?
you guys should support him instead of pirate from him
relativity 3 is only $5 lol
have you tried verifying your tf2/defragging/updating your drivers/deleting your excess folders/reinstalling?
right-click team fortress 2 on steam and go into properties and then into the 'local files' tab and verify your game cache
there's probably a better guide than this now, but this is what i used for defragging GCF files:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccmoToUgEpo
when you go into your 'tf' folder, back up everything that you actually need (config/hitsound/maps/whatever) and go back to 'steam\steamapps\*YOURSTEAMNAME*' and delete the 'Team Fortress 2' folder, and then relaunch the game
replace all your stuff
or just outright uninstall tf2 through steam and reinstall it completely
honestly i would try updating your drivers first though, because it's really weird that it just crashes to desktop with no error message or anything
edit:
i did a quick look through google and saw this thread, although i didn't read into it
http://forums-beta.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3033187
sounds like it might be the same problem you're having though
also the other search results said that it might be a hardware problem as well, but you should check everything else first
coding is pretty fun when you're working on something you're actually interested in
it can be as simple as making an alias for your binds lol
it happens to me almost every time that i play
i notice it happens the most on snakewater though
i want to say it happens to scouts and demos the most in my case, but i might not be paying too much attention to details
it's just that whenever i'm capping the point and look for my scout partner, i just see his socks and weapon
i love my ps3
hope the next playstation gets some good games to convince me to buy it too
