Good FPS, but doesn't feel like it

I'm having a somewhat similar problem. I can get a stable 120 FPS, but when I get into mid fights, or even turn around a lot (I play HL Medic, kinda important), my frames just drop to 30, so I'll do a small turn and do a 180 because my FPS dropped to 30.

Get a Roots hoodie. They're pricey because everything is made in Canada, but they're totally worth the money you pay. I have two that I got through hockey, and I love them. They're so soft.

Is it okay if I turn my sound off?

I keep my game sound relatively quiet and keep Mumble fairly loud over m game. I play mostly Highlander, so there's there's lot of white noise. It's still important to have sound regardless.
