Had 8 hours of work then Highlander. No turkey for me.

I'll bring some sketch paper to LAN and you guys can debate it there.
Guys help me out here. So last year, I had an Archimedes on top of a teammate's PC case, and it was kind of a landmark of sorts in the venue: http://i.imgur.com/w010Cd5.jpg
Help me decide what plushie I should bring this year: http://strawpoll.me/5705425
I forgot to put pocket med there, damnit.
I'm pretty sure UGC's last DDoS attack was caused by a guy who was mad with admins.
Welcome to TF2
I've pitched my desire to help a few times now. I'm still up for doing that. The GXL asked for interested volunteers on their end to fill out a form, and I did so, noting I was most interested in helping you guys out. Was that okay?
EDIT: It also looks like the buddy I was going to share a room with for the weekend is short a ride. I really don't want to do this, but, I will probably need a room to share with someone, ideally close to the venue. I'll take a couch too, just as long as I can crash.
Indust, you can play on my PC if you want kappa (don't do it, my pc is bad)
My bro is looking for a SATA 2tb HDD. I'll buy one for him if anyone has one. Let me know.
I don't particularly agree with eSports as a name, but I don't think there is another way to phrase it. Sport implies competition. There isn't a distinction between physical and non-physical competition, but when someone say sports, we think athletic sport.
Doesn't directly answer the question, but it's a thought.
RIP Canadian economy.
Been meaning to ask as well, any of you big Scout nerds who collect badges? 'Cause I am, and I want to trade badges with a fellow badge-collecting Scout nerd from outside my area.
Over the last couple months, all the Corsair K70s and their varients went on sale at Canada Computers here. Shortly after that, it was just the K70 and K70 RGB with Reds on sale. Amazon had similar sales around the same time as well. I guess they just have an excess of Reds to sell?
Hi Pankey, long time no see around here.
So, with HLAE, does that allow for smoothing without the particle and camera effects of jumps? That's the biggest setback to when one simply smooths from a POV demo.
I'll decide around November, I guess around when I do the next TF2 meet-up at Hunter and Lucas how, and whether to approach them.
Again, because they didn't even get back to someone who booked a table, according to the Facebook, I'd be hesitant to contact them. I have a strong feeling this is their first event ever, and things could be really buggy if we attempted to participate.
We'll see in the next couple months if they get their butts in gear. I have a friend who's involved with the Smash events, so I can get information from them.

Was interested in volunteering in this LAN, but they seem pretty disorganized and haven't got back to me, and other people.
The LAN was originally supposed to happen next month (mid-November), but they've postponed it, saying tournament and other potential participants wanted to be apart of the event, but needed more time.
It's probably a huge shot in the dark, and probably really ambitious, but what do you guys think about trying to get TF2 in there? Smash is in there.
If I were on a budget, I'd rather save another $30 or so and get a cheaper-end mechanical.
