Make sure you've deleted VDMs you no longer need (There's a button to do this automatically in Lawena). If you're working with multiple VDMs, always play the one at the top of the 'list'.

A couple people have asked in previous if we should have LFT/LFP sub-boards for Highlander. The consensus every time was that those threads will go unnoticed because UGC, particularly Highlander players, circulate their recruitment on UGC.
There used to be a subreddit for LFT/LFP threads, but even that wasn't used a lot, and many of them were targeted at UGC players.
The best compromise may be linking to UGC for Highlander recruitment, or displaying a board and telling people this stuff will go probably unnoticed and it's better to post on UGC.
If you could find something comparable to BlackBerry Blend for Android, that should work.
BlackBerry Blend is a great piece of software BlackBerry made, which allows you to check emails, send SMS, and sync files wirelessly. SMS and that stuff goes through your SIM.
alfaI need a PCand monitoras I'm going to be flying there, someone who can spare one inbox me please.
Edit: I got a monitor thanks to mala, if anyone has a spare PC let me know.
If you haven't booked a flight, might be able to find a ride for you. If you have, should be able to take your PC.

(I keep an eye out for alfa and ruwin wherever I go)
You won't find them. Scarborough is a far out place.
I will be distributing keys this week. Stay tune

LFT NA/EU Medic
I honestly can't tell if this is a joke, or if it's serious.
If serious: Go play some Highlander since you like engie and Spy. UGC has divisions (albeit small) all around the "world"
If joke: What's it like to be a Team Fortress 2?
What happens after the two are done?
EDIT: I'll play Medic for either an EU or NA team on the 20th. I can play with high ping.
I use the Adobe Creative Suite CS4, albeit an old version, but it still does the job. Shadowpuppet has explained its upsides perfectly. However, on the con side about uncompressed avis; I use Adobe Media Encoder to compress my raw avis from Virtual Dub. Once you compile your frames from Lawena in VDub, you end up with big raw avis. I use Adobe Media Encoder to compress them into MP4s using pretty much the same preset as I do when I'm exporting a final TF2 video.
I forego 60fps stuff most of the time; Adobe CS4 doesn't handle that stuff too well. In Adobe Media Encoder, I use the preset H.264 (MP4) in 1920x1080p at 29.97fps.
ulmyxxmaelstromStudy in a library, not your apartment
it actually makes your dorm/apartment more fun because you know that when you are home you have finished work. It makes you relate your home with not having to do anymore.
I've started doing that a lot more recently. It helps a ton.
I used to think recording with HUDs and all my cluttered crap on the screen was cool. Also super lazy almost non-existent video editing:
The hacking video linked earlier appears to be private, at least when I click on the links. I guess there was something to be learned there.
The last time I had a conversation with someone regarding the question, "are we seeing more hackers in the game", the answer I got then was; "we just do a better job at catching them." I was referring more to the amount of hackers I've encountered through UGC in the past 7 months, which I feel was more than I had seen before. but again, there's not really a way to see if we've done a better job catching them, or there's simply more hackers in the game as a whole.
Sucks they had to cancel.
However, if you want to have your own LAN in the meantime, there's nothing stopping you. Having a successful TF2 LAN or two behind you may better convince LANcouver to host TF2 should they run an event in the future.
I'm not sure what you guys have in the way of venues out there. In Toronto, we have the Hunter-Lucas eSports club, where I held TLAN. Having a venue like that eliminates a lot of worries such as how to sort out networking, so if you can find something like that, it's a huge bonus.
If not, as long as you know how to get networking logistics sorted out (I can't help you with that), you just need a space like a community gym, where you can put tables and chairs and lots of cables for a day or two.
SpyromancerI want to go and will either offer a ride or require one, more details as we get closer. Gonna pay up now regardless.
So, if PYROMANCER pays up, we can have another great MGE to determine who can rightfully hold this name.
