pretty sure if he wouldn't have a whole scope as his crosshair on the rifle he wouldn't be allowed to play beacuse his config (-forceallmips with lodbias 15) makes everything so low quality that the sniper scope becomes transparent (yes i did test that)

is it? cuz I prefer using win7 than win10 but I just wanna make sure that my fps won't be worse on win7
-no-browser works on older steam client versions.
I found an older version of steam on my old pc, booted it up without bootstrapper updates (-nobootstrapupdate -skipinitialbootstrap) and -no-browser and it actually worked
so check your old hard drives cuz yall might have some old steam versions there.
also pretty sure that theres a download for win7 compatibile client and it should work with -no-browser as well
or mat_viewportscale 0 for 1 pixel res
and mat_viewportupscale 0 for only 1 pixel being used
if yall want some horrific graphics do lodtweak (lod15 preferably) with "-forceallmips" in launch options, mat_viewportscale .2 and maybe mat_viewportupscale 0, do that with literally any config there is and you will experience the worst that tf2 can look like
