Extra tip. A soldier with gunboats can build fairly efficiently by standing next to a wall. Jumping, pressing crouch after he is in the air, and shooting a rocket above himself on the wall. If done correctly the soldier will take crater damage and can easily keep up the amount of damage needed to build without risking taking minicrits/needing the med to take the beam off of him so he can get low enough to escape plan build. This is also useful for arrow building if you want to use a soldier to do it.

First, what are your net settings? it looks like very high interp like .5 or something but I'm not exactly sure. Also if you have time it would be useful to make this video again(doesn't need to be as long) but with net_graph 4 enabled so we can see what is happening.

This is incorrect. Stickies on the ground will now have full radius yes, but that radius will be the same as rocket radius. Pre nerf radius was something like 20 percent larger than rocket radius.

I agree with this also because the rockets don't actually fire from the same place as stock or original. However I think there is an issue with dm that the cow mangler doesn't actually get ammo regen. This could be fixed since the last time I used it in a pregame dm server though.

Honestly there isn't much in the way of security. They make you check your stuff in so in theory you can only leave with what you brought in but in reality there isn't much stopping someone from putting smaller stuff in their bags. If they act like it belongs to them and a friend isn't there it'd be easy to get away with it. That said I've never heard of it actually happening and the honor system has worked so far. Most people set their stuff up once and just leave it when they go elsewhere.
