schocky is still a beast, he's been decimating high teams left and right and he still got it. Maybe needs a few weeks to get back on top form but I'm confident he can handle these games already. That reason roster with schocky in his prime would be amazing to watch.

RRPKanecoAnyone else feel they're adding new mercs way too fast? When I first played in the closed beta you had like 6-7 mercs, now its like 13 or 14. Shouldn't they be saving them to release them periodically later when the game is officially released? If they keep pumping new mercs like this it's gonna be hard to keep up or mantain a stable meta.
Well the meta is easier to balance once all the mercs are out there, and also i would understand that they would like to get the mercs out asap so they can concentrate more into performance tweaking\balancing\new maps\everything else

The community feeds on new content tho, and the best way to keep it interesting is adding new characters, even more so than maps, but in the last 2 months alone they released like 7 mercs? It seems way too much, they could be launching like major updates every 3 or 4 months with a new merc instead of so many while still in open beta.

hmm not really? it has become kinda irrelevent (compared to what it was) at high levels. Scouts just mop the floor and go to town now.

I'm sad that they are not reverting the radius nerf. I stopped playing the class (which was my main for like 3 years) because it just became increasingly irrelevant and not fun to play at the level I was getting at, but was hopeful about getting back into it with pre nerf radius.

- Fixed The Scorch Shot knockback from effecting Quick-Fix Über
- Fixed The Wrangler not properly disabling Sentries for 3 seconds on Engineer death
- Fixed a case where textures and models would fail to load on maps with embedded resources
- Fixed an exploit related to instantly completing a payload map while taunting and picking up dropped weapons

my question is, is the explosion radius gonna be the pre nerf one or after nerf?

I think tf2center is a good site filling a critical niche in the competitive playerbase ( at least until matchmaking). And the only things it needs is some administrative changes and a complete PR rework.

Actually I apologize for not reading the op properly, after i saw the screenshot of the post about marty on the tf2c admin forums I believe no community should endure that kind of egoistical dick. Masternoob is not fit to operate any kind of community effort. Amazing, even with a original statement so well written (and truly deserved some praise), he decided to spoil it for everyone and go on behaving like the complete child he is, what an absolute disaster.

I can confirm tf2pickup is planning a new website built from scratch, with future support for other leagues / scenes, ozfortress and NA would be the priorities. With integration with servemetf possibly (so no more server issues).

Also we are not trying to fill the same niche as tf2center as said before, so most of the tf2center playerbase is not exactly up to tf2pickup standards, as we expect people with a decent level and experience in competitive.
