The only thing I would suggest is if a couple of Invite teams show up, is have the option available to run it with normally banned unlocks for the purposes of testing them in a live match environment. I'm not exactly sure what could be offered as incentive since Invite teams get free Premium, but I have faith in the Kalkincoin.

Idea: What if we had a map made for the event similar to koth_lakeside_event, but instead of the halloween theme it's like an mix of the major TF2 art styles with a dose of pyrovision. And whenever the control point is capped it rolls for slapstick effects such as trains barreling through the map or every player gets Robin Walker's Rocket Launcher.

On top of that we get a caster to play the Announcer role and get Valve to add a map stamp for it which goes to One Step.
