Issues only arise if teams are several weeks desynced which occurs when teams die in div2+. But if desync is just a week it means you at least get to play 1 map that is relevant to you and the only team really screwed over is the team ahead in weeks as they do not need to practise a map from the past.
Also what Ombrack said, I don't really remember any issues even before getting into prem this season. Maybe it's rude for me to say this but often times people who complain about lower level teams not having manners also may not have manners themselves.

Watched a few VODs. It's all good bro, talked about it with you on the saturday I like ur casting. U made a gaffe where u said I had been playing around high for a while even tho I have a season each in Div2 and Div1. Once TF2 becomes an e-sport u'll have fact checkers tho so no biggie ;)
