Foxi remember someone going spy against iM and everyone immediately yelled spy as loud as they could
That spy did end up getting caught out, but I don't know if it's because they heard the idiots yelling or not.

Funny, but like the least accurate representation of the match possible.
lamefxGames are being locally recorded and will be uploaded to youtube i believe. Because of the local recording, they said fuck it to worrying about the music.
But doesn't Youtube use ContentID as well?
I thought they were going to use properly licensed music for the cast to prevent this issue
Jinx_Updated the HTML display in the MOTD to use shared Steam browser control
This could be big. I'll need to revisit some of the old work I did with HTML MOTDs awhile back for launching browser links from TF2.
The video has a bitrate of ~14,000 kbps. Unfortunately, it's going to be very difficult to impossible for people to play this real-time, given the median upload speed of home bandwidth.
elrahimoYea, the BEST thing to do is update update update.
- Browser
- Windows/OSX security updates
- Anti-virus
Hackers use browser exploits to install the crime ware, but these exploits get patched very quickly.
To add on to this:
[*] Don't skip Flash/Java updates. These are huge vectors for exploits.
[*] Consider running Flashblock/ScriptBlock plugins on your browser and whitelist trusted sites.
elrahimoI guess those are amateurs. You can actually infect computers with malware from just visiting the webpage, aka drive-by-downloads.
How do they escape the browser sandbox without user interaction? I'm genuinely curious.
EDIT: Damn you already answered it :(
eeeMasterKuniThey don't use Steam Guard.ur dum
they usually either mirror the steam guard confirmation box and get you to check your own email or ask you to upload a steam certificate that says you are who you are
Um, neither of those cases uses Steam Guard. In both cases, they are making fake login boxes using Steam Guard visual assets, and in the second one they have you download a phishy exe file to steal your Steam authentication certificate. My point still stands.
Starkyou type in your username and password into the fields and then the website takes them
its not about downloading some dodgy .exe file
To be fair, the "explain these photos please" scam does in fact involve downloading a dodgy .exe file, although this isn't that.
elrahimoAnd then how do they get past steam guard?
They don't use Steam Guard.
I booted up a VM just to visit these links out of morbid curiosity and they're already dead. I'm devastated.
Dave_had a pair of cx-300s. They weren't BAD, just the balance + build quality was an issue. Found the XBA-1ips to be way better for the price. And they fit better.

regardless, I still wanna check these out though.
I didn't mean to imply that I was advocating buying either the pistons or the cx-300, I was only making a remark that they are nearly identical in terms of measurements. Whether or not that is a good thing depends on the performance of other IEMs in the same price bracket, of which I am blissfully unaware. I have heard shaky things about the cx-300 build quality.
To be honest, most decent sub $50 IEMs are probably going to share the same family resemblance of exaggerated lows and highs and rolled off mids, but that's just the nature of the beast in this price category.
If anybody is using iOS, I highly recommend using the CanOpener app. It's much more than a simple equalizer (although one component of it is a very nice parametric EQ), and it'll take your headphones to the next level.
marmadukeGRYLLSif cops are forced to wear cameras their behavior won't change as much as people think. there will simply be more "camera malfunctions," and footage being outright "lost." so while the people being wrongfully arrested/detained/whatever will have a better shot at getting the case thrown out, there will still be no punishment/deterrent for officers to change behavior.

It is the pink armband of shame for wayward police officers, as cute as can be with a Hello Kitty face and a pair of linked hearts.
No matter how many ribbons for valor a Thai officer may wear, if he parks in the wrong place, or shows up late for work, or is seen dropping a bit of litter on the sidewalk, he can be ordered to wear the insignia.
I vote for this for a start
