So maybe froyo didnt tilt
7 were just better
ymRaisinThis just in: Blaze and Shade are very good players, and b4nny will struggle to win without them
As if cookie and garbuglio arent suitable replacements? Na fam, this is just froyo losing. Best tf2 played in actual years imo
This live corner cam is actually nextlevel, not a fan of the fullsize replays but MAN the double live cam is nice
dunno what you nerds were waiting on. finally the thread is here! post all the twitch memes and spam here
We're like well good innit. We got funs and svmzi on scout which is like bangin ye? Then we got smirre on demo and hes just the dogs bollocks. chris on roamer whos a BEAST. papi on soldier whos a MONSTER. condawg also plays
7 have the talent to make anything happen. Obviously the logical prediction to win i63 is Froyo since they've been more dominant for a longer period, but all it takes is a team of seasoned players finally believing they can do it, to stop playing scared in response to every opportunity, and (as showcased towards the start of the doc) to learn while playing, and the winds will change.
good ass video, thank you
Hedgemixchamp was pretty sick for open pugs but people abandoned it
idk about advanced and above, but i feel very strongly that amateur faceit is cancer due more to the people that play it than the format. 59 pugs now and i have not once seen there be any real issues with someone playing med or whatever class, just the usual bitching when losing. if mixchamp came back and players migrated over to it, the quality of the open pugs wouldn't change very much.
xtradvWhere are the match pages on tftv. Is there gonna be news post also?
This is embarrassing. The only place I can find a schedule for the LAN is on the offline placard on their stream. I can't find it on their website at all.
Edit, looked closer at the twitch page and there's a link to a lan.tf that looks pretty neat. very weird that i had to go through twitch to get there.
that original with garbuglio's name on it looks pretty sick

The problem is people like you who think its over in a week, that the problem is just "fixed". These problems will be around until you die, and you will pass the mantle hopefully to your kids, whom if they are lucky enough will stand up for something in their lives. I'm not afraid to stand up to you, intolerance, hatefulness, or when the opportunity arises, to call out a coward. Jon doesn't owe me anything, but when you make a utility that everyone enjoys, uses and then takes it away because your feelings got hurt; You punish the majority for a minorities mistake?
That's the definition of bullshit.
If Jon had any intention of staying in the community in the first place, I might? agree with you, but as it is he was already done doing anything besides the most basic of maintenance. I don't think it's unreasonable to cut those very last ties as a response to the kind of harassment we saw.

And yeah I mean.. this is no different from when someone like Lange left, for example. The only difference is the catalyst was less "Hey I'm gonna turn this into an actual career" and more "Hey this community is mad toxic and I don't want to be in it". This isn't some crazy unprecedented event where a huge contributor leaves our game.
You're allowed to not be happy about the reason, but try to see it from his perspective as an adulting ass adult. Folks move on after a while.
Jon's departure is totally different from Lange's. Jon is actively making sure that nothing he built can be used by the community anymore. I'm sure there would have been an outcry if Lange had taken MGE with him when he left.
Don't get me wrong, I think that what Jon is doing makes sense, even if I wish he wouldn't. Still, equating him and Lange is not accurate.
VisThe greenhouse effect (or hothouse) is vital for sustaining life on Earth. The existing of our planet is followed by countless cataclysms and changes. Earth and life on it are a dynamic system and the changes are a part of life. Furthermore, those changes made the existence of mankind possible.
What we are about to experience in the foreseeable future is something that would happen anyway, the human race is just a catalyst for it. The life on Earth will still be preserved, and given the devastation that humanoids inflict on it, we shouldn't really crash to the ground in agony for ourselves.
Humanity is the most important thing on the face of the planet. There is no greater service than trying to preserve it, because humans are the only ones that even know what preservation is. We are the most important thing because it is exclusively humans that assign importance to anything. Other animals might place value on things, but based purely on relevance to imminent survival or pleasure. As far as we know, there is nothing else anywhere that thinks in abstract terms, that communicates half as well as we do, that looks towards the stars and thinks "I bet I can figure out how to get there."
Until we find other intelligent life, we might as well be the most important thing in the entire universe, because we're the only ones who have any idea what that means. Unfortunately we have no idea if intelligent life exists elsewhere. Forget any bullshit you've heard about, like the drake equation, because the reality is that we have a sample size of exactly one planet, and that gets us nowhere in terms of probability. Of course, the universe will keep existing without us, but letting humanity die may very well extinguish the only intelligence anywhere in the universe. And what's the purpose of the universe if there isn't anyone around to make it up?
so long nerd get outta here
he doesn't have to go there at all, you just click forums, start thread, and then notice that there's a hardware subforum you can pick. probably a mistake not to look at hardware first, but not a big deal. might not have even realized it was a subforum, might have thought he was just tagging the post or something.
Nursey"hey guys give us $7k+ while we have no incentives to give, might still not be worth spectating, and on top of that the prizepot in no way makes up for any of that."
asking for that much under current circumstances is essentially asking you guys for a free vacation with nothing in return
understandable, but i still want to add
even if you can't really contest froyo yet, it's always fun to see na teams play eu teams, even if theyre not at the top. especially if the eu scene gets as rolled as everyone is expecting it to, it would have been nice to see how the rest of the scene stacks up. i mean, they claim it was the food poisoning, but you guys were beating 7 at rewind 2. that matchup would have been hype af. just gotta hope for rewind 3 i guess :(
jesus, if it's only happening to him on tftv, it's not malware. this has been a thing on tftv for literal years, just look up all the different ad related threads. I had the same shit happen, the instant i turned on adblock it stopped happening. presumably it's using your browsing history to decide what ads to show you, and something about what it decides is relevant to you makes it bring up the Bad Shit.
