IDamnEasyIm pretty sure thats viewmodel_fov 300+, like I said, can you tell me what your viewmodel_fov is?
I dont get it, my ingame console says that my desired viewmodel is 90. Is there something else wrong?
are you using the command fov_desired 90? because that's your player field of view.
you want to use the command viewmodel_fov for your weapon field of view.

the US doesn't officially recognize Taiwan as a country because China would go bonkers. But there's a One China Policy where both countries agree that there's one state, but they agree to disagree on who's owning which country.
Most people recognize Taiwan as a country tho, which is cool
