SolarLightI play Splatoon 2 quite a bit. Motion controls are very intuitive and I wish more games utilized it well. Highest rank I'm at right now is A- in Splat Zones.
Rollers are annoying, yeah. Suppose it's something I need to learn how to counter more often though. I imagine it gets easier to deal with once you gain more map awareness and get into the habit of using the minimap often, like with CS:GO's radar.
hmu if you want to league battle or something
A lot of people swear by motion controls but I can never bring myself to try it for more than 30 seconds. It doesn’t make me sick but I don’t personally find it useful or easy.

My computer's been out of action the past week and I've been playing a lot of Splatoon 2 to fill my time.
A lot of annoying stuff like ultimates but it's not the worst shooter. Certainly takes more skill than hero shooters.
Do you play it? What are your thoughts on it? What's your competitive rank (I'm in the B range, highest B+)
Can you please reinforce my opinion that the rollers take no skill?

I've been avoiding engaging this thread for a while but, cmon.
Memesters do not get fox news election night specials. Memesters do not speak at prominent events. Even if he were "memeing", he is taken seriously. Shapiro is treated as the intellectual powerhouse of the right (which he isn't. Intellectual I mean, he's totally the powerhouse of the right as it stands rn).

ekh0I fully admit that the joke originally was definitely not appropriate, but the intention is not to be actively hateful towards anyone, just shock comedy. also, the tf.tv post above is not me whatsoever or any account I have ever used
I hope this is a lesson to everyone about how absolutely uncomedic shock "comedy" is.
The shock in shock comedy comes from being offensive, hateful, or just a total jerk. Even if your intention was "humor" that doesn't mean your humor is any less hateful. People who think they're comedic geniuses for triggering the libs are really just people who get a kick out of degrading other people. If you truly recognize what was inappropriate about your joke, I would implore you to think again before you do something like that. Especially in the case of this specific "joke". Racism is pervasive in gamer culture, for some reason. People unironically use slurs in pugs and lobbies all the time, in my experience. So when you make a hateful joke, just remember that hate is not something far off in the past. It still exists today and we should be combating it, not co-opting it.
Sorry for the rant but I just really fricking hate shock "comedy".

eXtineCake would prolly be easier than bread... Would need a good theme for the video though.
I have a pretty solid Pizza recipe, which is sorta like bread but more in my wheelhouse. Homemade bread is super good and I do have some shaping eXperience. Prolly more likely to do something like Cinnamon Rolls first.
I have a stand-up miXer, with a pasta attachment. Lots of possibilities there with handmade noodles, but I think I'll start with projects that don't require specific equipment.
What's your cinnamon roll recipe?

Bake some bread.
Food Wishes (Chef John) and Binging with Babish have some great recipes
I highly recommend BwB's Ciabatta recipe from his 'Fitz Sandwich' video, but it does require a stand mixer. Chef John has a no-knead no-mixer Ciabatta recipe but I haven't tried it.
Just keep in mind that bread baking is usually an all-day affair and will ruin store bought bread for you.
