the jedi code is about not being ruled by your emotions and using rational thought instead, that does fight against human nature, but that doesn't make it a bad thing. saying thats as bad as literally being ruled by emotion and lust for power is retarded
in the extended universe luke makes it so jedi can have a wife and children and what not which makes alot more sense considering the ridget rules against relationships is what caused anakin to become vader

well the hope is that eventually if they keep putting out generic garbage they'll start making less money and look to make movies about other story lines

episode 7 was complete trash, for me it was barely above prequel level
they should just take some stuff from the extended universe, the yuuzhan vong invading was alot more interesting than another deathstar, but this time in a planet!!!

I and many others were tricked by mustardoverlord into believing wrech could improve and play at a mid invite lvl, I think he did this as a act of revenge on the team for cutting him.

You enter into a contract voluntarily, not being able to produce a patented product is to protect someones intellectual property I don't see whats wrong with that and being required a permit to sell things is to protect the consumer (also the example you gave is selling stuff on someone elses property) it would be great if everyone could just sell what they want, but without regulations you'd end up like china where you get things like rat meat passed off as mutton, dumplings filled with cardboard, fake rice made from plastic just to name a few questionable products regulations help protect us from.
