This is to ensure everyone knows how the tournament will be working this Saturday. All medics (except for Team 1) should have already added their team. I will be sending them mumble info to send out to their team Saturday around 6:00. Before we kick off the tournament we will be making a couple of announcements then we're going to let you guys get started. Each team will have their own mumble channel that they move to. The round robin portion of the tournament will last all night. The top 4 teams will move on to play Sunday at 6:30 EST in the finals. The finals will be streamed by evlTV for everyone to watch. We are using UGC's Map List. The results of all of the matches will be posted on our challonge page that will be linked in the mumble channel.

Our apologies for the mixup regarding some very specific and far between misanalysis of a players skill level, and the lack of communication regarding who would and would not be accepted to play. Our intent was not to alienate anyone specifically, and hope you accept our sincerest apologies. We will continue to move forward with the rosters we constructed out of not wanting more than the 8 teams originally talked about, and as such anyone who feels like they were wrongfully discluded should add me to talk about being available for subbing. Once again, our sincerest apologizes to everyone involved, and we'll continue to make the tournament as enjoyable for everyone as we can.

On the first page I had answered that question about the experience of players that will be participating in the tournament. It also stated in the summary of the tournament that is was for silver/open players

It's kind of hard for every admin to know every player's current situation. We took it as he was rostered on an IM team so therefor he is an IM player. Smesi and I discussed it and we decided he could sub for a team if need be. We had no idea what his experience in IM was. Sorry

Any player rostered on an IM team was denied eligibility. I'm sorry man
