crespiHey mastercoms, I have a simple question. I love the medium preset but would like to enable high quality shadows. What's the easiest way to achieve this? Would it be to modify the vpk or add a command to my autoexec? Again, I just want the shadow detail to be highest but everything else the same
tommy
its incredibly tough, I hope lange doesn't resent the odd spotlight the tf2 community may have cast on him
I think a lot of what pulled me to this game was watching the group of people who were posting yt videos that were competitive adjacent funny clips
Rays, Lange, Kurt, summerDogg (tagg), star, seanbud, slin
I think its cool that they've all moved on to their own things but I do miss the days when streamhighlights was a regularly uploading channel
Prime-SanityThere's no substance this season. You all are some passive aggressive mother fuckers.
you miss us don't lie
do you or the people you are working with have any history running LANs or other events?
you a cop?
fyi the guy who posted these says they were stowed away in 2016, so it is likely that nothing in here is more recent than the source code leaks from 2020
very excited for people to speculate about the intention of assets for more hours than employees spent making them because they were bored at work
e: also as a reminder posting dumb shit like this is not going to help lol https://twitter.com/SlightlyCre/status/1613616042038923265
Hilarious, this will be fun to keep track of
Might want to put some sort of restriction on number of players or something like that to prevent people from farming off of an empty server tho
Morito
no I know what I'm saying is that right now the only identifier for who you dealt/received damage with is the class icon, so its just anonymous scout #1 and anonymous scout #2
Morito- See the Damage Dealt and Received player respective, you will be able to see how much damage you did to the demoman or the scout separately.
Right now since it just relies on the class icon for differentiation this is kind of confusing for 6s, would it be possible to append the player name after the icon? Maybe only for logs with less than 18 players if you want to keep the aesthetic for hl
edit: oh also would be nice to be able to browse by player, even if a more in-depth player search isn't implemented it would make it easier to browse for your own log history
I still think it would be cool if someone made this and now it seems like it might be easier https://workshop.codes/TXCXX
I think having a setting that lets you add/remove classes from the RNG pool so you could do just 6s classes or something would make it a fun warmup and it kinda works for a wide range of player numbers so it could be better for dm during the day
