I noticed having "mat_antialias 1" affected my game so I couldn't play longer than 10-50 minutes without crashing. Try "mat_antialias 0".
How often do you experience crashes, in what kind of situations--> when trying to join server, just playing casually or each time you do something specific?

Can you customize the crosshair
You could try removing prec from your custom folders, it seems to cause me crashes whenever I join a server, especially when I try to join dm servers.
OsirisPuoskariI linked a post of a Valve employee saying P-REC causes crashes unless it is updated. When matchmaking was made available, TFTV was full of people posting that they were crashing unless they removed P-REC from their custom folder.OsirisP-REC hasn't been updated for all of the new things that came with matchmaking. If I remember correctly from another thread, the creator, Orange, doesn't intend to update it. There is nothing anyone can do because P-REC is a signed plugin and Orange either has to update it himself or hand it off for someone else to maintain and get it signed by Valve whenever a new version is made.I haven't really heard anyone else having this problem exactly, I'll just hope it's the fact it's outdated, instead of my computer or stuff.

Can you not read?
Thought you meant crashes due to joinin MM.

There's is a download link for the proper Nvidia Inspector version in the etf2l topic above^ It is a step by step tutorial pretty much.
So I've been experiencing crashes past 1-2 weeks very often when trying to join a server, recently I removed things 1 by 1, and realized I no longer crashed after removing prec(Yes, I have the up to date version of it.) tried multiple times with and without, each time I had crashes when I had prec in the custom folder.
What could be causing this?
APPARENTLY It's prec. I for jokes tried to just remove my custom file, no more crashes, then put it back, slowly added stuff, until I added prec, game started crashing, tried this multiple times with and without, each time with prec the game crashed.
EDIT: Tried reinstalling the updated prec, still no crashing.
Reformed this as I got further info, basically when I quickly try to join a team/class w/e after connecting to a server a crash happens, but I haven't changed anything lately, but this problem has been appearing for I'd say 1-2 weeks, getting to be very irritating.
I have tried removing HUD, fps config, verifying game cache, please suggest what other stuff could affect this if you have the knowledge.
EDIT: Apparently this seems to have evolved into actually crashing randomly even after successfully playing awhile in a pub. sigh.

I left my spoon in microwave, please wake it up before school starts
Still wondering, I'm using Nvidia Inspector's Lod Bias on 15 in order to get quake'ish graphics, something with your config makes it to not work. Have any clues which commands affects it? Because this same has happened to others also(that have AMD), working for them when not using cfg/using pretty much any cfg but yours. I'd always would love to use your config as it's updated, if just some command could be changed to fix this. Thanks.
Prolly not the best thread to ask this, but I'm wondering if it's normal that the mouse rate drops to somewhere around 190-550(I have 1000hz polling rate) when moving mouse slowly?
I'm asking because I don't flick and move the mouse always quite slowly and wonder if it matters that the rate drops, as it's pretty steadily at 1000 when moving fast. The mouse is Zowie fk1 btw. I was testing with some Mouse Rate Checker.
