SDR is the best by far. It lacks audio so if that's a deal breaker then don't use it but it has the best quality and it records very quickly
e: I'm wrong and am using an outdated version but SDR has sound now which is cool
imo the biggest things are good music that syncs well with frags and having minimal dead time in each clip.
