Yep, dust filters, all around good case, two fans.
It's a silent case, so in addition to some noise dampening material the intakes are a bit more restrictive, meaning a third fan could be worth it (no rush though, you can always add that later if you want lower temps), but if it's not too expensive it's definitely the best option.

It is slightly slower, but not 50€ worth slower, so that's a thing. Not worth if it's reference (single fan) 5700 vs aftermarket 2060 Super.
5700 XT is definitely faster, same thing though. There's only so much a single fan can do, but if it's an aftermarket version then I'd say the extra 20€ would definitely be well spent.

My issue isn't with 550W, that's plenty for this build, but with the MWE Gold. Performance is ok but the components are not great. Not as in "this will die soon" but like "there's a reason why the warranty is 5 years, not 10". Like I said not terrible, but not something I'd pay 74€ for. Any other options?

Full ATX mobo -> full ATX case (µATX would be too small). Check the max supported GPU length and that should be it. Not that a 2060 is particularly large, so any ATX case should be more than big enough.

If your motherboard isn't shit the built-in fan controls should be better than a manual 2/3 speed switch fan controller that some cases got. If you don't use the fan controller it doesn't need power.

Always go for dual channel RAM.
An RX 580 should actually be good enough for 144 fps in Fortnite on medium if you're on a resolution lower than 1920x1080.
TF2 and Fortnite don't care about 6 cores so this should be slightly faster, but much cheaper.

Not really a fan of the 200R because it got no dust filters but you can swap that out for whatever you like.

Quite a few improvements are possible, I just need to know whether they should be towards higher performance at the same price or same or at least still acceptable performance for your purposes at a lower price.

The XG2402 should be a proven design with the same 24" 144 Hz TN panel everyone has been using for years. Not that different from all the other 24" 144 Hz TN monitors really.
The G2590FX uses one of those 24.5" panels that are usually found in 240 Hz monitors (didn't check the exact panel though) which could mean either it's running well below what it's capable of and might last longer or it's a shit panel and didn't make the cut, which would suggest the opposite.
