Redirect the masochism required for liking CS into liking 48 Hz?
I mean it's not that expensive, but since the 240 Hz would be pointless you should either go for something much cheaper or something cheaper with better colours.

Why do you have the Intel Graphics Drivers installed? If you're not using the iGPU it should be turned off anyway. More drivers usually mean more problems.

Honestly it's not worth it unless you go for a used CPU.
The best CPU you can just about not afford is an i5-7600 for 310 CAD and that's not going to be better for streaming than a 1600/2600 (170/190 CAD) + a mobo which you actually can afford. At that point you might as do it properly, put an extra 70$ towards a 3600 so you get good TF2 performance when not streaming, maybe a nice motherboard and you can still replace the RAM later if money is tight.

tibbyNightfaulIt's still not too late to sign up for NACL...If only NACL was announced earlier, I would've. But by the time that came around most of us had already thrown 15 bucks at RGL. (Oh and I also have to cough up 5 more dollars now for some reason)
That means obviously the most financially sound decision is not to cut your losses (or even to try and get a refund), but to throw more money at RGL.

Also NATF2: RGL was announced first so everyone pay up even if you don't like it or the TF2 scene will explode into tiny bits.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, but read again what I wrote.
Zen2 was on the roadmap for 2019 and the 2019 APUs are ... Zen+.
Zen+ was on the roadmap for 2018 and EPYC got ... nothing.
The roadmap only implies that there will be at least one Zen3 SKU in 2020, not that everything will be replaced.
It could be anything from no new Desktop SKUs, a 7nm refresh, 7nm+ refresh to a full Zen3 lineup.
There are no detailed roadmaps split by segment for AMD yet afaik. Intel does that and throws around more codenames than anyone can keep track of. Cascade Lake for this, Whiskey Lake for that, Amber Lake here and some Ice Lake sprinkled in there. AMD doesn't do that, they might not be sure yet themselves.

Refunds will be the full price paid for any hats, crates or keys bought on the Steam Community Market or Mann Co. store.
It'll be interesting too see how they handle refunds on the sellers' side.
Also no mention of how items acquire via trades will be refunded, if at all.
